Sweet Couple: Tempe Town Beach

This was a fun styled shoot to be a part of. Thanks to miss Charity over at

Charity Maurer Photography.

check out the rest of the photos at the link above.

I showed you a fun lil sneak peak a couple days ago. Now that the rest of the images are up on Charity’s site, I thought I would share them with you all as well. This shoot is going to be featured on a couple other fun sites as well. The couple is truly in love, which always makes it great for photos. Cara, is a sophomore in college, and a love to work with. We wanted to keep her sweet innocent face clean, and natural. Fun pops of pink on the cheek and lips. Neutral eye, with a bit a shimmer.

enjoy!

Thanks Charity for having me work on this shoot!

XOXO,

Mariana Marie

Bridal Bliss: Stephanie’s Arcadia Estates Wedding

Stephanie and James were such a fun couple to work with. They both have such great personalities and were so easy to work with. For Stephanie’s look, we wanted a dramatic eye and clean face. Everything we used product wise, was Gluten Free! Stephanie is highly allergic! The whole wedding was actually GF! Check out her wedding coordinator, Angela Saban Designs, for more info on Stephanie’s GF wedding! Her lovely photographer, Diana Elizabeth, was so great to share the lovely photos with us.

ENJOY!

 xoxo,

Mariana Marie

This was such an amazing shoot to be a part of. First of, the couple is so cute! They had the most genuine love for each other. Sometimes you do these “inspired” shoots, and you end up with models, instead of a real couple. So it was such a treat to work with 2 people that were so in love with each other. They were newly engaged when we met to work together. He is a woodworker, and she a yoga instructor. Such an awesome down to earth couple.

The Project Wedding, is a huge website, and blog that features REAL WEDDINGS! Which I love. The couples engagement session is also up on the blog. Paper Antler, a husband and wife duo, shot the sessions. They are inspiring! Check out their goal, the Fifty Nifty, to put an end to sexual and human traffic. I have a heart for young girls, who are being trafficked. Their project is right up my alley.

Here is a list of the other amazing Vendors involved in the shoot.

Blog Feature:BoHo Home and Farm

BoHo Home and Farm

For starters, The Blog is Amazing.

Caroline, and I have become great friends. She walks me through life. I am so blessed to have her apart of mine and my families life.

Her blog, BoHo Home and Farm is sweet and organic. She has created a warm space, for people to enjoy her reads. Not only is her site an active blog, but it also has a shop attached to it. You can purchase great lil gifts, and organic free range eggs, and veggies. Her Home is an actual farm located in the heart of the city of Phoenix. It is such an inviting and safe place for many. You feel that when you arrive. BoHo offers Jam and Canning classes. Caroline of course teaches them all.

So when she asked me to do her makeup for her recent photo shoot, of course I said yes!

It was all out doors in her lovely back yard farm.

The photos were taken by: the wonderful and talented Diana Elizabeth

Super Excited to Announce!!! YOUNGBLOOD

  I love all things natural,

so I am excited to announce another hand picked line, by me!

I was first introduced to Youngblood in Napa, California. While on vacation, celebrating my anniversary with my husband. Go figure, that I find myself in a makeup boutique while on vacation!? Lucky me, my husband didn’t mind..there was a cigar store right next to the makeup store. The executive education trainer for YBS was in store that day.  Super random that we both were there, but great, because he gave me a mini rundown of the product and some samples to go home with!

This is when I feel in love!

I put the lipstick on, which was a perfect pink for me, and then continued on wine tasting the whole night!I did not reapply!!! IT LASTED THROUGH wine tasting?! I was astonished. I have worn many lip colors and never had anything stay on and hydrate my lips like this product. The next day, I tried out the mineral primer and liquid foundation. Yet, again, I was blown away by the coverage and control of the product! I knew I had to get my lil hands on more!

YOUNGBLOOD cosmetics has stolen my heart.

Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics manufactures and supplies the highest quality cosmetics to doctors, aestheticians, spas, med-spas, and salons worldwide.

The concept of a mineral makeup is great, but I do feel like there is a lack of higher quality products on the market. YB totally fills that gap.

I have tried them all, nothing compares!

Majority of their products are Gluten Free! Some of my clients have very sensitive skin and/or a Gluten intolerance, so this is the perfect solution for them.

The line offers everything from primers, foundations, lips, eyes and tools!

I can’t wait to start sharing the YB love with my clients!

XOXO

Mariana Marie
